Land your lunar module on the moon with Moonshot. Use your horizontal thrusters and main engine thrust to negociate a rocky terrain. Landing sites which are more difficult are worth more points. You have a limited fuel supply so watch your fuel guage! Your score is based on the degree of difficulty, how softly you land, and how much fuel you have remaining. Dodge the optional meteors for even more points!

In the Countdown Screensaver you are inside a spaceship?s cockpit looking out the window at the passing stars and planets. On the dashboard display are the date as Wednesday, Dec 25, 2002, the time in a 12-hour clock and a countdown clock in days:hours:minutes:seconds format which counts down from a user-defined date such as Christmas. It also has an alarm clock. Watch out for the alien space bug, he has a hard time gettinbg out of the way.

GRANDTOUR creates accurate wireframe scenes from Voyager or Giotto spacecraft, and from space or Earth (spacecraft visible). User has considerable control over time, field, etc., and many frames/second are generated. Developed at JPL to assist in analysis of science and optical navigation data, it was also filmed by the BBC/NOVA for a Voyager documentary. Conveniently runs from any Windows/DOS.
